All orders will be processed and shipped as usual – you do not need to do anything differently. Contact Full Color customer service (by phone: (214) 381-2101 or email: service@fullcolor.com) with any questions about your orders.
No! Full Color will continue to accept, process, and ship orders placed at fullcolor.com or through Full Color ordering software as usual, from Dallas. As a Full Color customer, nothing is changing for you.
You will keep your same Full Color account number, and it will not change. You can continue to order through fullcolor.com as usual.
Established photography businesses can also order additional products from HH Color Lab.
On December 22, any professional photography business (who does not have an existing H&H account number) will have an account automatically set up in hhcolorlab.com. It will be your same Full Color account number, so you don’t have to remember a new one! (some accounts may be assigned a different number. If you are assigned a new H&H account number that is different than your Full Color number, we will notify you by email.) When you access it for the first time, you will be given a prompt to set up a password and also enter your credit card on file. Go to hhcolorlab.com and click the Customer Login button.
If you already have an existing HH account number, continue to use that one…nothing will change. (use your Full Color account number when placing orders through fullcolor.com)
If you do not have a professional photography business, then continue to order from fullcolor.com – everything stays the same!
Yes! At H&H you are able to create multiple logins with different permissions for each staff member in your organization.
We recommend that you create a user login for each person in your business that you want to log into the H&H website. Each user can be assigned owner, administrator, or assistant level that have different permissions. For example, a studio assistant is not able to see invoices and statements but can view and upload orders. Whereas an administrator and owner can add new user accounts and can see financial information.
If you do not already have an H&H account, one of the benefits you will now enjoy will be access to an expanded catalog of products through HH Color Lab, such as albums, press books, wall art and frames

During the transition period, we will continue to manufacture all orders at the Dallas Full Color Lab facility. Sometime in 2026, we plan to transition manufacturing to our lab located in Kansas City, Missouri.
Yes – during the transition period, we will continue to ship your orders using the same carriers in the Dallas facility.
All Full Color pricing remains the same.
When orders start to be produced at H&H, you may see some shifts. Overall, the pricing is very similar and many products will even cost less!
Yes. Manufacturing will continue to be done at the Dallas location. Through the transition we are working directly with the Full Color team to curate the product offering to dramatically expand the unique wall decor, photo gifts and book and album products you can offer your clients.

Your credit card will continue to work with Full Color. You will be given the opportunity to add your credit card at H&H when you first login to your H&H account.
